The Hoffmann Family of Companies, led by Co-CEOs Geoff Hoffmann and Greg Hoffmann, have acquired Paradise Charter Cruises, a Lake Minnetonka cruising operation with three vessels, adding to their growing portfolio of global businesses and expanding their fleet of boats to 20 throughout the United States.
Paradise Charter Cruises began in 1985 and has grown to have three beautiful award-winning vessels, serving over 60,000 passengers per year on two of the country’s most popular waterways. Offering daily sightseeing and scenic cruises, private charters, and weddings on beautiful Lake Minnetonka, Paradise Charter Cruises offers a range of charter cruises including corporate events, weddings, birthday parties and more. Its sister ship, the Minneapolis Queen, was purchased by the Hoffmann Family of Companies just over a year ago.

Most recently the Hoffmann Family of Companies acquired Shepler’s Ferry based in the upper peninsula of Michigan offering round-trip transportation to and from Mackinac Island for its one million visitors per year on their seven boats. In addition to the three Paradise Charter Cruises vessels and seven acquired with Shepler’s Ferry, the Hoffmann Family of Companies also own the following vessels located throughout the United States:
