Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate has acquired Dagi Place located across from The Bevy restaurant on the corner of 12th Street South and 4th Avenue South. The u-shaped building has a courtyard facing 12th Street South and has been in need of renovations.
To meet the “Hoffmann Standard,” David Hoffmann spared no time to get started on exterior improvements as soon as the acquisition was finalized. Sunmaster took down the awnings and Signs & Things is working on brand new signage for the building.
Madelene Columbus, President of Hoffmann Executive Suites, is heavily involved in the direction of the improvements. “She’s done a phenomenal job renovating the suites at Hertz Arena.” Her 3 executive office locations on 5th Ave South are at near capacity with only 2 office spaces currently available. “I love how she takes a vision from concept to execution,” Dave Hoffmann said.
The renovations are forecast to include:
- Parking Lot Repave
- Building and Landscape Lighting
- New Landscaping
- Awning Removal and possible replacement
- Exterior Painting
- New Shutters
- New Roof
- New Signage
- Statue with base and lighting
- New Exterior Doors
- Concrete repair of stairs and walkways
