The Hoffmann Family of Companies are set to acquire the Texas trailer manufacturer who specialize in quality and dependable heavy-duty trailers known to be as dependable and hard working as their customers. Established in 1977, Texas Bragg Trailers was the first to establish high quality standards all others are measured for in the manufacturing of utility trailers. Offering a selection of trailers from single axle and tandem axle trailers to car haulers, gooseneck, dump and customer trailers, their catalog of 12 categories 51 different models and can be found all throughout the US through their expansive dealer network in 21 states throughout the US.
Employing over 125 full time employees, the company occupies a 150,000 sf facility in Mt. Pleasant Texas where they manufacture their trailers. “We make trailers to use, not to sell.” Texas Bragg Trailers takes more time with each trailer as each is built with pride by a single builder who puts in extra attention to detail rather than mass-produced trailers. Because of that, they are heavier, contain more welds and longer welds, are better quality and are built to last and Texas Bragg Trailers enjoys long term relationships with their customers who rely on their equipment to withstand punishing conditions.
In addition to trailers, Texas Bragg Trailers also specializes in the manufactures high quality component parts such as trailer brakes, tires, brake controllers, jacks, balls & hitches, lights and many other parts for boats, snowmobiles, enclosed cargo, horse & livestock and work or play equipment for utility trailers. Texas Bragg Trailers also focuses on providing the latest and most useful truck accessories in the market today offering custom installation of Tonneau Covers, Nerf Bars, Mud Flaps, Grilles, Performance Chips, Brake Controllers, Bull Bars and more.
