Newest Acquisition Powers Up Southwest Florida

The Hoffmann Family of Companies has acquired Tier Electric, an electrical contracting company providing commercial, construction, remodeling, and residential electrical services for Southwest Florida. Tier Electric has roughly 50 employees that service Collier, Lee, Charlotte, and Sarasota counties.

The company’s focus is on quality work, while providing exceptional customer service for every undertaking. Some of the employees have been working together for almost 30 years, and the Nelsons pride themselves on taking care of their employees.

Tier Electric has wired buildings for Moorings Park, Starbucks, Watercrest Naples ALF, NCH, Quail West, All Seasons ALF, Mercedes Benz of Naples, Ritz Carlton of Naples, Coconut Point Senior Living, FGCU, and many others.

Tier Electric will also begin servicing the existing Hoffmann Family of Companies and properties and sees another key opportunity for growth with its new Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging initiative. The company is also a TESLA Authorized Solutions Provider.

Tier Electric is the 28th business acquisition in Florida for the Hoffmann Family of Companies. The Hoffmanns remain the largest private commercial real estate owners in Naples with 33 properties, including the Dagi Place acquisition in Downtown Naples last month.
