Jack Messmer is a Finance, Acquisitions & Integrations Analyst at Hoffmann Family of Companies (“HF Companies”). In his role, Jack collaborates closely with Operating Partners and external parties, serving as a crucial link between portfolio companies and HF Companies leadership. His responsibilities include working with the M&A team, managing post-acquisition integrations, and improving financial processes for portfolio companies.

Before joining HF Companies, Jack gained valuable experience in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he progressed to Senior Associate in their private assurance practice. In this role, he worked with private equity portfolio companies in the lower-middle and middle markets. During his time, Jack aided clients in purchase accounting, complex accounting standards, and US GAAP financial reporting.

Jack is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Missouri and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
