Adam Rushing is a Senior Financial Data Analyst at Hoffmann Family of Companies (“HF Companies”). In his role Adam collaborates with Operating Partners to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting throughout the entire portfolio of HF Companies. He is focused on improving efficiency and scalability of the underlying data architecture that captures, cleans, and reports on the financials of HF Companies.

Before joining HF Companies, Adam worked in a variety of different data analytics roles in a variety of different environments. Thriving in publicly traded global Fortune 200 companies, privately held companies, and consulting. His key activities involved partnering with executives across the business to identify areas that would benefit from data-driven decision making. Then developing and delivering modern solutions to meet stakeholders’ needs.

Adam graduated Summa Cum Ladue from the University of Missouri – Columbia where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and an MBA. Setting the foundation of a career bridging the gap between Technology and Business.
