Alexa Bazanos serves as EVP, People Operations at Hoffmann Family of Companies. She joined the firm from Cramer-Krasselt (C‑K), one of the nation’s largest independent marketing and advertising agencies. She brings more than two decades of experience as a strategic HR leader, partnering with executive teams to build high-performing organizations, strengthen leadership capability, and align talent strategies with business growth.

Throughout her career, Alexa has operated at the intersection of people strategy and business execution—leading talent acquisition, organizational design, total rewards, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives across complex, multi-location organizations. She is known as a trusted advisor to CEOs and senior leadership teams, combining data-driven insights with a strong understanding of culture to drive performance, inclusion, and retention.

Earlier in her career, she spent 14 years with Tribune Company, where she held multiple HR leadership roles supporting large-scale operations and driving HR strategy through periods of rapid growth, including multiple acquisitions.

Alexa holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan and has completed executive education at the Kellogg School of Management and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is an active member of several industry organizations and serves as a mentor to emerging talent in the marketing and advertising field.
