Alexandra DeSimone serves as the Director of People Operations for HF Companies, where she oversees all aspects of human resources the diverse portfolio of businesses. Alexandra’s career reflects a dynamic progression of leadership and expertise in people operations. She began her career with HFC portfolio company DHR Global as a Human Resources Associate, expanding her role as a Human Resources Specialist, Internship Program Manager, and Manager of People Operations, before assuming her current position as Director of People Operations. During her time at DHR, the firm has been recognized for its exceptional workplace culture, earning accolades such as being named an INC. Best Places to Work honoree for three consecutive years (2022–2024) and securing a spot on Newsweek’s Excellence 1000 Index in 2024. In January 2023, Alexandra brought her wealth of experience to the HF Companies. Alexandra holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management Services from Indiana University, Bloomington and lives in Indiana with her family.
