Brock Boyer is a Portfolio Integration Analyst at Hoffmann Family of Companies (HF Companies). In his role, Brock works closely with portfolio company leadership and internal teams to support financial performance, post-acquisition integrations, banking and compliance coordination, and other strategic initiatives across the portfolio.

Prior to joining HF Companies, Brock worked in commercial banking at Saint Louis Bank, where he underwrote and monitored commercial credit relationships across C&I, commercial real estate, revolving lines of credit, equipment, and construction lending. His experience included financial statement and cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, covenant monitoring, and credit risk assessment. That credit and risk background now informs how he evaluates and supports HF Companies’ portfolio businesses.

Brock earned his degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri, where he was also involved with the University of Missouri Investment Group.
