Cooper Schroeder serves as the People Operations Associate for HF Companies. She collaborates closely with the Director of People Operations and portfolio HR departments to drive critical initiatives support the diverse businesses across the company’s portfolio. Cooper played an integral role in designing and launching HF Companies Wellness Program, promoting a culture of health and well-being throughout the organization.
Cooper graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Currently based in Chicago, she brings a thoughtful and dynamic approach to fostering organizational success and is passionate about creating meaningful connections.
