Drew Kwait serves as the Manager of Global Technology for DHR Global and HF Companies, where he oversees departmental operations, leads a team of technology experts, and ensures the smooth and secure operation of business technologies across the organization.A lifelong technology enthusiast, Drew’s passion began at age 4 and by 11, he built his first computer. In high school his love for coding—nurtured by his programmer father—led him to complete advanced coursework ahead of schedule. Drew won his first commercial project bid at 16, building a batch of computers for a local dentist office—systems that would remain in use more than a decade later.

Drew’s career launched formally with an internship at Sundog IT (formerly TBC Net Inc.), a managed service provider. Over the next 12 years, he advanced to the company’s highest engineering position. Drew joined HF Companies business DHR Global in 2019, where he partners closely with internal and external IT professionals, along with employees around the world to drive excellence in information technology. Since joining, Drew’s contributions earned him a several promotions, including into his current role. In addition to DHR Global, Drew partners with HF Companies across the portfolio, offering types of It support, including project planning & management, infrastructure design & management, network design & implementation, as well as crisis management & disaster recovery.Drew holds numerous certifications, including Microsoft Specialist, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Microsoft Certified Professional, as well as CompTIA certifications A+, Network+, Security+, Project+, Linux+, and more.

Drew was the first in his family to earn a bachelor’s degree, completing his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University.Outside of work, Drew enjoys an active lifestyle that includes long-distance cycling, running, lifting, hiking, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. A self-proclaimed thrill-seeker, he has even jumped out of a plane—twice—despite a fear of flying. Drew shares his home with his husky-mix, Mipha; two cats, Bernie and Maeve; and a leopard gecko, Herman.
