Gabriela Liberatore (Gabby) is the Director of Administration at HF Companies and Executive Assistant to Geoff Hoffmann. In this pivotal role, Gabby leads high-priority initiatives, supports new acquisitions through the initial integration process, and spearheads brand implementation efforts alongside the marketing team. Gabby also ensures seamless operations for the CEO’s office, leveraging her extensive experience in strategic planning and maintaining operational efficiency. Her ability to coordinate complex schedules and travel itineraries further underscores her commitment to operational excellence.

Gabby joined HF Companies via their portfolio company, DHR Global, where she served as Executive Assistant to the CEO for over a decade. During her tenure, she collaborated closely with the global operations team, led the administrative department, developed training and engagement programs, implemented career mapping initiatives, managed vendor relationships, and co-leading a team of over 20 professionals across North America. She also worked on various key initiatives, including lease management for over 50 global offices, the organization’s rebrand, and planned corporate events ranging from intimate dinners to multi-day conferences.

A passionate volunteer, Gabby serves as the COO of Type 1 Timer Hockey, organizing their annual camp, which has tripled in size since the nonprofit was founded in 2022. She also donates her time to local nonprofits supporting animals and families in need across Northwestern Pennsylvania, where she lives with her husband and their rescue beagle, Dot.

Gabby holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management with a concentration in event planning from Lexington College.
