Geoff Hoffmann serves as Co-CEO of Hoffmann Family of Companies (HF Companies), where he plays a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and structuring new investments. He also oversees the performance and strategic growth of the HF Companies portfolio, collaborating closely with leadership teams to drive innovation and expansion.
In addition to his role at HF Companies, Geoff serves as CEO of DHR Global, one of the world’s leading executive search and leadership consulting firms. Under his leadership, DHR Global has achieved record-setting growth and received numerous accolades, including consecutive placements on the Inc. Best Places to Work Award and Forbes’ Top Recruiting Firms list. Most recently, the company was named to the Newsweek Excellence 1000 Index.
Geoff also serves on the boards of multiple HF Companies, as well as DHR Global, Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF Illinois), and YPO Chicago Chapter. In 2022, he and his wife, Megan, founded Type 1 Timer Hockey, North America’s only nonprofit hockey camp dedicated to supporting type 1 diabetic players worldwide.
A recognized thought leader, Geoff’s expertise is regularly featured in prominent business publications, including his most recent recognition in Crain’s Chicago “Who’s Who in Chicago Business” 2025.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. Geoff resides in Chicagoland with his wife and children.
