Geoff Hoffmann serves as Co-CEO of Hoffmann Family of Companies (HF Companies). In this capacity Geoff plays a pivotal role in the identification, diligence and structuring of new investments. Geoff oversees the performance of the HF Company portfolio working in parallel with company management to identify and execute growth initiatives. Additionally, he is CEO of portfolio company DHR Global, one of the world’s leading executive search and leadership consulting firms. Under his leadership, DHR Global has achieved record setting growth, while receiving numerous accolades including the Inc Best Places to Work Award and Forbes list of Top Recruiting Firms, both for consecutive years. Most recently, the organization was named to the Newsweek Excellence 1000 Index.
Geoff serves on the boards of a variety of HF Companies in addition to DHR Global, as well as the boards of JDRF Illinois and YPO Chicago Chapter. In 2022, Geoff and his wife Megan founded Type 1 Timer Hockey, the only nonprofit hockey camp of its type in North America, which brings together and supports type 1 diabetic hockey players from around the world. Geoff’s insights and expertise are sought after and he has been featured and quoted in numerous prominent business publications including WSJ Live, Reuters, CBS Market Watch, Bloomberg, CNBC, and Fox Business News.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. Geoff, his wife Megan, and their four active boys reside in the Chicago suburbs.
