Nicholas (Nick) Fiore serves as Manager of Portfolio Value Creation at Hoffmann Family of Companies, where he partners with portfolio company leadership to identify and execute initiatives that drive operational and financial performance across the platform.

Nick brings over eight years of experience spanning M&A execution, restructuring, and operational performance improvement. A Certified Public Accountant, he has a proven track record managing complex transactions from sourcing through integration, and has led cross-functional initiatives across finance, operations, and legal in fast-paced environments.

Before joining HF Companies, Nick served as Strategy Manager at The Rock-It Company, a global logistics platform focused on fine art, live events, and high-value assets, where he supported end-to-end M&A execution and partnered with senior leadership to evaluate acquisition opportunities and shape corporate development priorities. Prior to that, he spent more than six years at Alvarez & Marsal, most recently as Manager of Corporate Performance Improvement.

He earned his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Dayton and has held his CPA license in Illinois since 2017.
