Robert Grajewski serves as an Executive in Portfolio Strategy & Operations at Hoffmann Family of Companies (HF Companies). He brings more than 20 years of experience as a multi-exit founder, operating executive, and private equity investor, partnering with venture- and sponsor-backed businesses across AI, fintech, healthcare, sustainability, and business services.

Throughout his career, Robert has operated at the intersection of ownership and execution – leading post-acquisition integrations, scaling founder-led platforms, and driving value-creation initiatives focused on commercial acceleration, operational discipline, and organizational alignment. He began his career in middle-market private equity and later transitioned into operating leadership roles within acquired portfolio companies.

Prior to joining HF Companies, Robert founded and led an AI strategy and automation firm advising executive teams and investors. Earlier in his career, he launched Vanderbilt University’s flagship Innovation Center and served as its inaugural Executive Director.

Robert holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA from Harvard University.
