Sheila Cavanagh serves as Senior Associate of Marketing & Communications, where she leads integrated marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives that elevate the Hoffmann Family of Companies’ brand and advance the strategic objectives of its diverse portfolio.

Prior to joining HF Companies, Sheila worked as an Investment Writer at a global investment management firm in Milwaukee, focusing on strategic thought leadership and data-driven analysis of portfolio performance. She also managed relationships with the firm’s external agency partners.

Her career in financial services began in public relations at another international financial services company, where she gained extensive experience in media training, corporate communications, and media relations, particularly within the Institutional Equities & Research practice. Her clients were frequently featured on major networks such as CNBC, Fox Business, and Bloomberg TV.

Sheila graduated cum laude from Marquette University with a degree in Public Relations.
