Linstol Acquires MNH of The UK

Linstol, the largest manufacturer of in-flight passenger headsets in the world has acquired MNH Sustainable Cabin Services (MNH) of the UK.

Since 1998, MNH has specialized in delivering Performance Management & Refurbishing Solutions supporting Inflight Service & Ground Handling Teams from many of the world’s leading airlines, including Headset, Amenity Kit & Laundry Service Chain Programmes. In addition to managing service levels and reducing spend, MNH works with all clients to help deliver their sustainability objectives. 

MNH & Linstol have enjoyed a strategic relationship for over 15 years, sharing a solution-focused, accountable culture based on family values which has helped both companies grow to industry leaders.  The Senior Management Team of MNH will maintain an equity position in MNH and will continue to lead and manage the business.
